supply chain to Bocas is very sporadic and unreliable. It is not uncommon to order
materials. Then wait for several weeks or months for them to arrive only to receive
product that is not exactly what you ordered.
As we acquired more and more materials others began asking if we would sell them
some of our inventory. We made the business decision to slowly increase our
inventory and offer building materials for sale to the public. As we acquire new
sources of reliable suppliers we will add their products to our inventory. At present
we have ample inventories of cement and lumber. Negotiations are complete to add
ceramic and porcelan tile products. Tile inventory will be added in a few weeks
