Last night, August 25, Danuta and I spent our first night in our new home above the
Vista San Cristobal Business Center. We woke up this morning with the feeling we
received everything we paid for and more. While we moved into the business center
three months ago and the rental apartment two months ago, this is our first experience
of actually staying here ourselves.

The building is a testimonial of your uncompromising dedication to quality construction.
Everything works, plumbing, electrical, structural (not a sign of roof leaks in the
torrential rains we have had). I have a complete log of photos from day one of the
building construction process. I wish to take time out say thank you for delivering me
the product I paid for. So often in our day to day lives, we do not say thank you even
though we may feel it. I am proud of your ability to deliver what I wanted, without
compromise.

Anyone who does not appreciate your standards and dedication to quality is a "whiney
hiney" who shouldn't build down here anyhow. There are Americans who believe all the
BS about moving to Panama and living on fifty cents on the dollar.....they can do that at
home, they just won't live at the same level. Same here! Anyhow it is not your job to
underwrite stupidity. Keep up the good work, just be selective who you build for.
